self service technology could be improve by using the latest technology such as internet. combination of self service technology and internet will produce the great quality of self service machine and what the important is the costumer will do not get frustrated. its because the internet have everything and it also avoid consumers boring when get the services. try to imagine, self services machine with high-class technology; we can playing game while buying can drinks, we can get any information about the product and so on. wow! how great that  machine! i think this is  the best way how to improve self service technology so that people do not get frustrated.
